While I have visited Giza Pyramids, Taj Mahal, Santorini and Paris, there are definitely things on this list I would love to visit: Safari in Africa Amazon Jungle Machu Picchu Bora Bora
Italy is my favourite country in Europe having been to 5 times. From your list, I have been to Rome, Venice, Florence, Milan, Amalfi Coast (Positano, Salerno, Amalfi, Ravello and Sorrenti), Sicily and Puglia. I would add Siena, Pisa, Cinque Terre (Vernazza), Pompeii and Sardinia as well - Napoli was a good city for visiting too. The only place I didn't like much was Milan but the rest were amazing. I would like to visit Umbria, Lake Como and Verona as well
With the exception of London (I lived and worked there as I am from the UK), I have visited Venice, Barcelona, Rome, Paris and Santorini. Loved Santorini but it is not really a city but an island, Venice was beautiful but Rome is my favourite European city than Barcelona is my 2nd fav city - didn't enjoy Paris much though despite being many travellers favourite city
