I've been following your work, I discovered your channel today, my name is Adriano Alves, I'm from Brazil. I want to build one similar to this, can you give more details about this project? Grateful.
Following your work here, I'm in Brazil and studying 3D printers a lot. If it were possible, I would like to get more details on how to build a printer similar to yours. Grateful for the attention. Already leaving a like and subscribing to the channel.
May try this idea using that pipe :) Ultimate Bridging 3D Printing vacuum duct, maybe ?? CRAZY!! Instead of blowing air to cool filament use a vacuum to draw air in and up to overcome gravity which causes the filament to sag while bridging This has not been tested. It is just an idea. A Crazy idea? One issue is that the nozzle may push the filament down.. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-gxTbsTDknnU.html
@@ceeyx1 please if you can try it out, the pressure has to be corrected at different positions I guess and some filaments may not like any cooling actions, ABS, etc. Flexible filaments may be much more difficult I think. 💪
Thank you , I need to learn flip 2sided miling , it is bit hard unless you are very accurate with the stock size , will be ok for presenting parts but for mechanical precision any shiftting on one side to the other is complete failure
@@daliasprints9798 why not, you could gain efficiency and reduce print times, use less material when unnecessary, use different types of supports when needed, all sorts of stuff, thats the entire point.
@@richardjohnson8009 Because you don't understand the tools and are just blabbering about the popular thing of the day. All of the constraints here are known and physically modeled. You don't have to apply magic black boxes trying to get a neural network to rediscover the patterns that we already know that are already consequences of sound physical models. Getting it to do that would be far more work developing criteria for training (to evaluate the quality of the print) than just using what we already know.
hey man, whats the name of this gantry mod you are using? Are these 10mm or 15mm gt2 belts? Insane! 🔥 EDIT: Nevermind, found it in an old video of yours.
2.8 amp on 2804 for this test but not recommended for long prints on a printed gantry it will skip after heating and will degrade your motors .the drivers are BTT 10 amp 5160 plus without case(external) , no need for expensive one with case .
Printer is voron 2.4 but the gantry is Monolith gantry on discord discord.com/channels/1227971059764953230/1228988165889458176 only the tool head is designed by me .
