Was this scented stuff off Temu sweets? If so, I would file it with the sithole and just keep the stuff you used. Your consumer rights are a statutory right and that you have to go legal if you tell your GP where they could send to a lab for testing. It's your precious body luv. I have the best nail girl for sure! Diamond paintings can take awhile that’s why I like different sizes. Doing the smaller ones make me feel productive because I can do them in just a few hours.
Im gaining also. Just switched to Zepbound from Wegovy. Had tiredness and headache on Wegovy but dropping weight. On Zepbound and weight is creeping up.
I used to take phentermine on and off for years, but I can't take it anymore as it makes me feel weird. It used to work for me in the past. My ex's father has tons of Ozempic in the fridge, and he's willing to give me a box for $25. However, I'm a nurse and I know it's not safe to take someone else's medication. I'm considering taking one shot a week, as he has around 40 boxes since his doctor has him taking both medications and one of them works. What is this medicine you mentioned? I have PCOS and I'm 51. My weight has been fluctuating. In 2018, I was 150 pounds, and now I'm 220 pounds. I'm 5'8 and my husband said I need to lose maybe 50 pounds. I don't look 220 being tall. My friend just had a sleeve; she was 345 and now she's 256 in 4 months. She did all tele phone calls too for whole year . I had my Gallbladder removed but i cant go bathroom my problems. Sleeve more safe .i worked at John Hopkins hospital and University of Md and ive seen patients whom passed way with complications with gastric .pls make sure you do all your research ❤❤❤❤sleeve what i qualified for but i think 50 pds i will look skinny at 160 that makse me look 130 but it about being healthy for me you know CJ good luck with everything 😊
I wonder what people will do when others get tired of watching these types of videos. I enjoy them all, but it seems like these videos are becoming very common on RU-vid. Eventually, the trend will fade like everything else does. What else will you do with your channel? Perhaps different types of videos instead of just hauls?
Try to hold the items up so one can see it more. Hold it up all time you are talking about an item. I think people want to see the items more than to hear you talk. You only show half of the items. Its too much roof and head than the actual items.
So much is left out of the discussion with these meds. While you obviously need to titrate up, it also can take from 3-6 _months_ before the medication begins to do its work. Too many quit before they could see a result of any kind because they are discouraged. If you are still eating as if not on the medication that is so normal for being at 2.5mg. If you've lowered the amount of food, then that is all you and that is great. Some people don't begin to lose until they are on 10mg. That is normal for some people and the research bears that out. The most weight is lost on 15mg, but you are right about not wanting to climb too high too fast. Between your needs and the doctor's wants, there is a happy medium for you. And then there are the non-responders. About 15% of people who take GLP-1s do not respond for whatever reason even when they are following every rule. Perhaps it is a DNA thing. Perhaps it is just the wrong 'tide they need (changing from semaglutide to tirzepatide... or vice versa... sometimes helps). We are in the infancy of weight loss meds. Unfortunately, some will have to wait for newer medications. All we can do is try our best and remember: IT IS NOT YOU... this is the disease of clinical obesity. Hang in there! (I'm a super-responder. Trulicity for a year and Mounjaro x 8 months. On 15mg for the last 6 months when I can get it. I've lost 225 pounds in 2 years and my labs are pristine... which is why I was on them in the first place.) Much good luck!
I find that the hardware on most purses very cheap plastic colored in yellow paint looks good on camera had a few just bust off. Purses are nice looking hardware very not so🤷🏻♀️

I love temu i been ordering blouses lot..ive never had my package stolen. So sorry..some temu stuff r cheap looking .but i got lucky with blouses i never used coupons.
I have had those tops with microfibres they are really nice, however, after testing this one I got as I am a lab technician and pharmacist, its microfibres, similar to asbestos and I had severe coughing so be very wary. It's check time ladies ang gents. @@InevitableCJ

I was gonna say it for air freshener but u found it first u just have to set it the right way or it falls right out. Mine didn’t smell much but the clip is a cute little bear so I leave it on the vent for decoration lol I love Temu also and order stuff for my granddaughter lol except I am over 50 (53) lol few things in common lol have a good day and feel better
Y doc kept me on 2.5 only 30 days and now .5 for 90 days. I haven’t been hungry since I started Jan 13~2024. 40 pds down. It’s not just the drug only it’s your determination too! You can do this! I weigh myself everyday to keep accountable with myself! I have lost 152 lbs total in a year and 4 months! I think drinking a gallon of water and exercising is key to any of these shots!
Hi I'm on 2.5 mg I'm in my 3rd week of Mounjaro, I workout so much and I put weight on. It's okay don't be to hard on yourself! Why?! Because it's okay we are only human and we can work a little better the next day . Why I'm saying this it's because I did go through this situation last week but I eat super healthy and exercise and I gained weight,I was so pissed off but I thought to my self I'm not going to let this mounjaro take over my life so I'm going to weigh my self and I'll let you know . I'm here for support ❤
You are awesome! It’s hard to keep going when you’ve done everything but stop gain weight. We just have to remember that our bodies are used to being bigger and they don’t like change. But we are totally worth it!!
I feel you’re being to hard on yourself. The Pal app doesn’t need to be 100% perfect. I use it too and I miss meals, days. My weight loss journey w the dr includes meeting w a nutritionist, and psych. They’ve been a help. I knew even w the meds my thinking had to change and it’s not something I could do w/out prof help. Though weight is coming off slowly I’m sticking it out. Please don’t be hard on yourself. For me it’s life long habits that I need to change.
That’s the key to succeeding with the shots. You have to change your habits and your relationship with food if you want to be successful and keep the weight off.
2.5 is only for the first month. Your Dr. should titrate you up at month two. Stay on the 5mg if you’re worried about moving too fast. The 2.5 is only to make sure you can tolerate the meds. If you’re having food noises, don’t delay. No fast food. You should not be gaining at week 4 - eat your proteins first. If you gained 7 pds, you need to bump up. You can do it!
I think you actually need to try the clothes on so that viewers can see what they look like. Not much point in just holding items in front of the camera. 🤷♀️
OMG have you read the safety warnings on this drug? The only way I have been able to lose weight is by fasting. I love, Dr. Mindy, Dr. Jason Fung and Dr. Li. After the first couple of days I nolonger felt hungry. I am also reading Dr. Dakon's book. And, I do well using Ezekiel sprouted grain organic bread, two slices a day. And, I love riding my electric bike, so much fun. All the best to you, losing weight can be a real challenge, but is doable and worth the effort!
I went over all the safety warnings and side effects with my doctor and pharmacist and determined that this is the best thing for me right now. Not sure how long I’ll be on it but I’m definitely not expecting it to be the only thing I do.
My husband is taking this too. So far he's not had any side effects. I think it's been around 6-8 weeks and he's lost 25 lbs. He really doesn't have much of an appetite; he said he gets full on very little. Im curious to see how it goes. Wishing that you don't get sick anymore!
I’m so happy he hasn’t had any side effects. They really can be miserable. He’s right about how quickly we get full. The first couple of months I struggled to get more than 900 calories a day.
Great Job! And great idea staying on 2.5 until it doesn’t work. I list 12 lbs in the first month on 2.5 and my doc insisted I move up to 5 even though I was still having intense appetite suppression. 😡
