Hello :3 I've been playing ffxiv for a several years now and after completing quite a lot of stuff I decided that it's time to do something interesting and creative. As a first step I decided to make my main (RDM) overhaul because it's my first time doing mods in general and it can keep me motivated. I still know almost nothing about this art and learn a lot so be patient if you are interested in my progress.

Honestly....really liking the weapon draw/sheath effect. Never could understand after the Stormblood cinematic why they don't have us using some kind of Aetherial Storage for our weapons. ((Would totes, be awesome to have just a Draw/Sheath mod for all classes that used the same effect as seen in this video; maybe less dark 'n spooky.))
No insult intent, but damn that weapon look like dil*o flying around shooting laser :P Maybe Sage weapon in general, but it much more prominently here somehow. The animation look amazing btw.
Interesting. I notice that it affects casting animations for some reason, but there are no connections between them. I also checked this issue in pap editor and there floating and picto cast works fine together so I'm not sure if it is caused by modpack or by penumbra. I'll test it more after DRG update.
It might work if you use it via textools, but if you use it via penumbra then you need to wait till the plugin goes full up since at the moment it can't read custom animation and I wait for exactly that update)

This looks great, I like how she uses scythe, sword and polearm interchangeably, very cool and honestly I would love an actual job that switches weapons like that in game. I am not quite sold on the colour scheme, and it really clicked why with the chair emote(I'm guessing it's an emote). The pink and black energy colours, as well as the move set, reminds me a bit of the character Arlecchino from Genshin, only she has a deeper red and black with her abilities. Personally I do think a deeper red would look better than the bright pink, but that's just my opinion.
This mod looks so good! Love the utilization of 3 different weapons. Would love if you decided to do Viper next! Can't wait to see what you would have in mind for that!
Looks cool but it looks as if she's using a sword on some of the animations. I don't like that. I would prefer if all animations were with a 2 handed scythe.
wow.... just bumped into this thanks to the YT algorithm! This is just breathtaking! Will you update it for Dawntrail? This would make me want to main AST again :O An easy 10/10! Would give you more thumbs up than once!
so i downloaded your mod and im absolutely loving the animations, im having a slight problem with getting the UI and HUD to work even after setting the game to (WQHD/4K)
Hi! I love your mods. It might be easier for you to consolidate all your mods that you want to sell on Kofi. I purchase a lot of mods and I like to look at people's collections. Just an idea so you don't have to have modpacks and what not.
that's how it should work. the mod changes only job specific animations which appear only when weapon is drawn, else you would float with any other job.
i mean its pretty cool but its just stuff taken from other classes and changed a bit in effect and placed on warrior. still really well done and cool though.
The look of a job plays such a huge role. I've never had ANY interest in the AST job, until now. And lore-wise.. this transcends any awkward vibes left behind by the Myths of the Realm raid series. Pfft, forget the Twelve, just go full COSMIC. It actually sets up the perfect direction for the job going forward... Cuz astromancy is all about dem stars, and SPACE. Thank you so much for making this happen.. It's breathtakingly awesome.
Square needs to hire you, I'm so serious, that is if you do not already use your talents for work already. This pack could have been a job on its own; amazing work.
