Alright Ad had to tell you about this mate. I've been learning about all of of our thoughts, emotions and behaviours are all a result of your subconscious mind. Everything you have ever learnt or experienced during this lifetime has been processed, sorted and stored away into a filing system in your brain. This is where it all comes from, these files replaying themselves over and over again just like a programme. I've been getting my head stuck into the books and been learning about neuro linguistic programming, sound waves and frequency, and hypnotherapy. I've come up with something which I believe may help you my friend. These are designed to put you into an alpha/theta state which makes it easier for your subconscious mind to accept the suggestions, in the long run reprogramming all of these problems and replacing them with empowering messages ultimately leading to us becoming our greatest version. I have two mp3 tracks put my blood sweat and tears into this mate and I want you to test this out. When reprogramming your subconscious mind the most important thing is repetition so basically you have to commit to doing it as many times a day as you can for six weeks. You will find days where you really can't be assad but you have to remember you have committed to it. If you send me your WhatsApp I can get them across to you mate if you fancy trying them out. I've been using programmes myself and if I can reprogramme myself anyone can do it. Got my Nan and Mum doing it as well to help them with their worrying. This video is positive for me. Been off mine for a couple of weeks now, got sick of throwing up blood all the time, having warnings etc in work because of the abscences. Feels like I got paired right down to the bone by the meds and I've dealt with the reason why I'm on them for most of my life so it's the lesser of two evils. I know they work for some and are less than ideal for others and like you say we end up being guinea pigs because sooner or later they'll stop working and then it's trial and error again so I'm choosing what works for me. Your videos positive for me because I know I'm not on my own with. Really do miss when they worked though.
Excellent diary/vlog, mate. You mention several important points, and two of them really stands out; go outside your comfort-zone, and being proud of yourself. Both these "actions" are critical to the way back to a less plagued everyday. Once you do break habit and venture into situations you know you don't fancy, that's when real progress is made. And as you say, babysteps...no need for parachuting or white water-rafting, just the smaller things that you used to enjoy. And love yourself. Even though it might seem hard, EVERYONE can think of things or qualities that is truly positive about one self. Babysteps...and before too long, a few babysteps will reveal a giant leap. 😉
