@@aafresh-yt4363 1. Transcending time does not make you 1-A. Since even if you are not affected by it, you are still bound in space. At most, I'll classify it as a 4-D or 5-D feat. 2. Moving in an area without time or space or lacking these concepts is not 1-A either. It is not the same thing to lack certain concepts and to transcend them. You will need better 1-A feats to even classify it as such. At most, and being generous, I give Goku a tier of 6D to 7D. Nothing more, and that scaling to the Macrocosm.
