@@GroupeDuqueSimms I have to second Michael's comment while also agreeing with you; it is nice to have a human in the mix, but the blend should tilt towards the property much more than is the case in this video. 75% property, 25% realtor might be a better balance. Just some feedback. Spouse and I are hoping to retire in Montreal and are beginning to look for property (despite the current moratorium on foreign buyers) to understand the market better, and we appreciate your videos.
