I've just watched a chase tonight, the question was what building was this dome on,it was the white house, the chaser said the capital, that was wrong answer, they asked for the building, they new he was losing and allowed his answer, normally if you miss pronounce it as a contestants,it's wrong, come on Bradley is so on chasers side for his bonus
Bro, that girl NICKY is AAAABSOLUTELY GOOOOOOORGEOUS! Her eyes are stunning…when she she looked straight to the camera at the beginning I had to pause with “fuuuuuucking hell”. I really wished she went through to get some money for the stuff for their apartment and I hope that boyfriend was not a loser because THIS is a proper wife - she thinks about them and their life imagine. Love her big time
When Lynn was asked that question about Dog In The Night-time, I immediately went "MARK HADDON". I was kind of annoyed she didn't get that. But I didn't get the Adrian Mole question, so I have no right to be snotty.
Spoilers below 👇🏻 Tale of the tape: 10 attempts to pushback, 6 executed, chaser needed 3! This would’ve been Anne’s lowest target loss at the time, and her lowest accuracy in Series 6. The turning point was definitely when Anne got Ranulph and Ralph Fiennes mixed up, and I’m surprised she didn’t know that International Women’s Day took place in March!
My sister went to school with Anne Hegarty. Wood Green Secondary School, White Hart Lane, Tottenham. She said Anne had no friends but was very smart. Same hairstyle, just thinner.
I've heard an interview with her done by Kim Hill. She's autistic, so it's likely her social skills were not exactly exemplary. However, her intelligence and memory shows exactly why autism can affect you positively. Still, she sounded like the nicest person irl. I love that literature is her best subject and sports is her worst.
Loving the fact they messed up these people trying to rewrite the past and pretend it never happened 😂😂 so... media/government. I think Ann is awesome, and she and Bradley have great chemistry 😂❤ Broiled... or Char broiled (charcoal) meaning grilling.
Yeah I love it also, I was like I've not watched this and then came the Jim will fix it and I'm like wtf, great thanks for the episode, I wonder how many more others they are left to be rediscovered
I watched the clip, and didn't hear the Jimmy S question. In Australia, any money won on an episode not aired, was not awarded. I wonder what happened here?
Jim'll Fix It was the name of his TV programme. This was recorded after he was exposed so I think when Bradley and the contestant laughed it was out of shock that the question was included.
Seems like such a waste of time, money and effort to produce an entire 45 minute show only to shelve it because a mere 5 or 6 seconds of content became sensitive after production. I appreciate why they had to keep that part from airing, but surely there had to be a satisfactory way of editing it out. They could have dubbed that part, or even just done a jumpcut over that bit. Gameshows which air on Challenge, particularly Winning Lines and Millionaire, often contain noticeable edits and nobody cares. Also, I can't not mention that the question was actually slightly incorrect. The lyric was not "is" but "was". I know it's only a small detail, but I would have expected entire accuracy from a question in a gameshow.
It was my understanding that this episode never aired because the British government didn't want the general public to find out about Bob Mortimer inventing a time machine in the early 80s and pretending to be a director of a drama school in modern-day London.
