Nope. Stop dwelling on the horrible things your freedom in America or some person has done to you or for you. Stop dwelling. That makes you keep your horrible thoughts top of mind. You do know that doctors & big pharma have convinced you that you need therapy. I wonder why? Stay away from prescription or any drugs, & stay close to God, the only one who can truly heal you.
