A lot of people think when you are playing that it’s more slow paced so u have time to think but that’s not the case think too long it’s either a point or u get hit with a ball
Okok I've been watching and playing volleyball for a while now and I just need to ask. How come women just can't jump high at all? I'm not trying to be sexist it's a genuine question. There are some female players that I've watched who can jump pretty high but most of the time they can't. Like I don't get it. Their form is perfect and their runup is fine but how come they can't jump?
In 7th grade I got a PERFECT dig. I seal slid across the floor, barely got my platform together in time, and miraculously the ball was a perfect pass right to our setter. The whole team looked surprised. I’ve never been able to recreate it and it made me look like I was much better player than I actually am lol
