I'm making videos for the "me" that wanted to know how. How to make videos with minimal tools and without a crew. I want to inspire you to create videos of your own.
I'll show you techniques for your own productions as well as provide you with tutorials for Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom Classic, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and more.
I do. If you have a iPhone 14 or 15, you can turn on Action Mode for added stabilization too. www.theverge.com/23365409/action-mode-iphone-14-pro-how-to
Thanks for creating a historical video about Jumbo. My grandfather, a reporter for The Detroit News, happened to be in St. Thomas when Jumbo was hit by the train. He took a historic photo of it, which may be one you used in your video. The original was lost in a home fire. I wonder where you got the copy that you used and if there was an attribute? I'm sure Granddad wrote about it for paper. I also heard that Jumbo was cranky and dangerous, maybe because he was abused?
Thanks for the compliment and also for telling me the story of your Grandfather. I used the picture from Wikipedia since it was listed as public domain and “unknown author”. It’s impressive that you discovered my little video and reached out! I’m sure Jumbo was likely frustrated by the situation of being paraded about and being stuck in a cage most of his life. By today’s standards it is downright cruel. Who knows how he was handled given the mindset of the time. Thanks again for taking the time to make a comment!

I liked and subscribed and am very excited to have found your channel. I will tell others as well. This will one great for my music videos and filmmaking as I am now in 56 countries. Thanks, so much!!
The site that sells it is a little foggy on the version of FCP required. There is a trial though, so you can try it out first. fxfactory.com/info/keyper/ I hope that helps!
I will try get to that. However if you are in a rush and looking for an XLR mic of this kind, I would go with the Melo. I was impressed by the sound as well as the build quality of the mic. Its sound is very natural out of the box. For the price point and what you get, it’s worth it! If you are looking for a USB mic, then I would consider the USB AT2020 version.
I wish they were a thing of the past, but theyre not.. PT Barnum was well known for abusing his exotic traveling animals as well...and since Barnum and Bailey stopped with elephants, there are still many many more who continue to abuse them so humans can continue to be entertained. 😢

Great job Professor! Man i am still struggling with b-roll. I just keep forgetting to document all the little b-roll moments that really help tell the story when editing everything together.
Thanks for stopping by Ted! I’d say you have some great B-roll in your videos my friend. I’m developing an upcoming video on Drone flight and I’ll be giving you a special shout out. You’ve made the art of filming in the sky much more enjoyable and way less stressful! Thanks for the comment Ted 👊
Thanks for taking the time to comment! I’m glad you noticed. I had actually planned on having a “second me” explaining things in those scenes. I wasn’t happy with how it turned out though.
its kinda like when colonialists conquered other empires that used swords and spears with guns, Ai has giant guns and Traditional Content Creators are the old redundant spear
I actually think this will be great for micro and no budget filmmakers to augment their films with establishing and drone shots they couldn't afford. It's going to kill companies like Pond 5. Is there already an app you can use to create video with Sora?
This is what I liked about the Dandy Warhols video for "I'd Like to Help You With Your Problem". The AI visuals are weirdly imperfect but they have helicopter shots, crowds, fire and explosions that a rock band could never afford. It was made with Runway ML.
Very cool video!@@richardhall5489 I think it works because of bad dream-like dystopian world. By using consistent off kilter imagery, It allowed me accept the world that was being presented and immerse myself into the video. It was kind of like watching a graphic novel coming to life. For reference ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-H3H2AVm1uD8.html
Haha! First off, thank you for watching and for leaving a comment. I'm glad you took the time. No paid endorsement here. I wish I was made more for my RU-vid videos but I’m still working to increase my viewers. That's the dream right? I'm just a guy who works in the industry and sharing my view on this new technology that has everyone so scared. I try to be positive and I sincerely believe that we still have a strong role in the creation of videos. AI will help people create beautiful footage, but it ultimately comes down to story. AI is already creating shorts regularly on RU-vid. Placing imagery to compliment an AI script and trying to sell it as though a human made it. It's easily recognizable. It's empty. It's boring it has no heart. I flip past it. AI is used in Text form for many articles on the internet too. Without humans this technology flops. Real stories will rise and we will slowly get back to making great films based on stories. Not just effects. Look at Oppenheimer vs.the Creator. Both good stories. However. The Creator had great effects but was long and almost boring at times. It would have benefitted from some extra editing and trimming. It had the elements but in the end it failed to be a great movie (for my opinion). Oppenheimer on the other hand, was filmed in the classic drama style. Nolan did use IMAX cameras (I personally feel that IMAX was a hook to get people in seats). It's his thing. The need for IMAX being used for that film is debatable. Oppenheimer had a good story and some beautiful camera angles. It wasn't FX heavy and clocked in at over 3 hours. It still maintained my attention and I was never bored. I would have thought it would have been the other way around going in. Again, this is only my opinion. Special Effects and great looking film/TV has become the norm, but I think we are slowly going to return to actual well told stories. AI needs us to drive it. It's not a threat to me. Sorry for the long reply.
Thank you @@ProfKlaus for your reply! AS a Writer/Director myself I also don't feel threatened by the advancement of AI in our industry, however, do feel bad for the departments in which cuts of human intervention will be made as a result. I personally won't be utilising AI throughout any duration of my career, as I prefer older methods in regards to an array of aspects of the art, not just limited to the application of AI. I was lucky enough to enter the industry as LED Volumes had just started to become applied in mainstream cinema and TV, however personally feel there's a good 15 years before (as was the case with green-screen upon introduction) before its use is executed effectively. As is the case with AI, I'm not a huge fan regardless, as I believe while it may make the process more practical, it does take jobs and with little advancement (if anything, seeing as you have to blur every background, decreasing) in quality. The point of that tangent being, I don't want to apply tools that remove employment opportunities just because it's a little cheaper. I enjoy the processes of film making, the headaches included, and believe if you really want to accomplish a certain look, you shouldn't rely on AI to spit out its idea of, but instead put in the extra mile to put it together yourself and have a shot you can be known for and proud of. This may all be subjective, I just consider myself a traditionalist
Sorry for the delayed response. I have to agree with everything you’ve said here. I really hope the people with jobs in jeopardy from AI, learn to use it though. I heard someone say that “AI won’t replace people but people using Ai might” I like the old way best. I’m a big fan of practical effects. I like it when CG and practical effects complement each other.
That's a great way of looking at it! I enjoy conversations like these where people don't mistake disagreement for hostility. Each are obliged to their opinions and its good to be able to express those, I'm glad there are creatives like yourself who make these kinds of videos but are open to discussion on the subject. Good job mate ;) Earnt yourself a sub
Thank you @@CaelSnelson! I enjoy having discussions with people with differing opinions. Some of my closest friendships are with people who often see things from a different perspective. We should all listen to each other. Open discussions without allowing the tone to get heated is very rewarding. I really appreciate your comment and the sub!
Hope in the future i can make awesome movies with help if ai. Most movies i wanna do but some would need a bigger budget there ai could make scenes to me
