I liked this spot even though the off shore wind wasnt the most stable. But the warm water and sea turtles cruising around together with you makes it worth the trouble :)
C Wilson Sr yes, it can. We would recommend a Jeep or SUV, but a car will also get you there. Sometimes he rain washes out the dirt roads a bit, but it's been dry on the island recently.
