Hello, I'm sorry when you curl your lower lip over your teeth, the dentures or the chin come out unintentionally, so the dentures and chin should stay in their normal position, just raise the dentures or the dentures and chin so they don't stick.
Awesome sound and a beautiful looking instrument. I have one of your trumpets and Fluegel horns and I love them. I played Bach and Yamaha trumpets and horns for close to 25 years. Got out of that for a while and when I got back into it, I didn’t want to spit a ton of money. your company had outstanding reviews so I pulled the trigger and bought both and absolutely love them. That being said show some more trumpet stuff! I gather from your website or saxophone oriented company but you did a hell of a job on the trumpets and flugelhorn.
I have a King Cleveland 615 Tenor Sax that doesn't have those screws. It's not the pad you showed that has the problem but the one below it. It's slightly open and I have no idea how to close it.
My squeaking problem isn't mechanical, it's user error with dummy fingers not able to cover the holes properly. Very frustrating!! Anyway, I'm still persevering, but may end up selling my clarinet , and I've just ordered a curved soprano sax, so I will get real enjoyment out of that instead.
Unfortunately my clarinet squeaks all the time when I cross the break, so it's clearly a fingering problem. I can't cover the holes with my fingers. I do use a neck strap though, but it still squeaks!!
Thank you so much Sir Jean Paul. My alto saxophone had gone out of adjustment and I was worried all week, but as soon as I followed your teachings and put them into practice, I admit that my instrument came back to normal.
