So whats the story with the bushing? I see Husqvarna sells the entire wheel assembly, but not the bearings or those bushings. Surely, the bushings have wear as well ... any idea where to get those?
Part of the morning does have shade but it gets the required 6+ hours of direct sunlight. And I’m surprised that the deer have not touched it, and it’s been almost a year and they’re still doing pretty good.
Looks great!!👍🏾 What an amazing job. I love how you take so much pride in your yard and home. I cannot wait to see your next project. Job well done!! ❤
I have the exact same issue, before I take it apart for the third time, which size bearings did you buy? There are 4 sizes. Thank you for making this video and adding the links!
This one had it mixed in. But if you only have just a crabgrass preventer, I would put down some fertilizer. It will provide good nutrients and let the grass grow in strong before the summer stress.
The muffler was held together with duct tape? You greased the drive wheel gears? You did all the cleaning BEFORE you determined it would even run? A $20 blade and a $10 air filter and "fixing all the other parts"...) and it only cost "under $50"? You should stick to your day job because you don't know shit about mowers!
Nice of you to do free work and just charge for parts. Your time is finite and valuable. How long did this entire process take start to finish including store runs?
Great job, but, there is one thing that bothers me. Why do all of the work on the wheels and cleaning before you knew if it would run? Unless you knew and didn't show.
Yep that was the plan. Just wanted to see the results, and was surprised it came out fairly decent. But next year starting fresh with seed from GCI Turf.
I have watched tons of overseeing videos ,but I do like yours. Very nice video, I like the style, concise, detail hands-on demonstration, etc. Thanks for sharing. By the way, what size is your gorilla dump cart? is the7 cu or the 4 cu? I think the size of yours looks good.
From the review videos that I’ve watched, it seems like it’s a pretty solid machine. But have also read some reviews on Home Depot that the runtime isn’t the greatest. A couple people said it lasted about 15 minutes. But then other reviews have no issues. Not sure if that helps. 🫤
@@locustgrovelawncare Though I did not film my total renovation last year I had great result. My only other advice would be to use better seed from Twin City seed, GCI turf, Barenburg seed, Titan RX seed or one from Ryan Knorrs’ store. I’ve used Twin city seed - Rye grass grey hawk, fireball and hattrick and this year I went with the GCI turf cool blue 11,000 sq ft Reno. OMG it looks like carpet. All the neighbors want to know who did I hire to do my lawn and are asking all kinds of questions.
So I did record a video about why I didn’t choose a better quality seed, but left that part out. But the follow up video I plan on mentioning it. GCI turf is on my list for next year. 👍🏼
