Yes, I couldn't agree more. There is so much that has transpired this year that it almost made me want to leave the industry. There's so much that's happening in the lash industry it's interesting to see how this is going to turn out, but the diversity needs to have more of, and that's not talked about much! Question?!?! I'm considering entering the field and I'm wondering do you make these fans before hand or on the spot as your working with a client? I'm assuming you have them pre-made for appointments depending on what style the client wants and you select whatever is going to be most fitting?
I had my own lash studio and closed it down after 5 years. I miss the money I made with lashes but I was just over how tedious the job really is. The body aches are awful to!

I just got scammed for $99 with so many things promised but thats just not what happened. Not that im asking too much for $99, i just wanted to know what $99 class +$85 kit im gonna get, and im only asking for what THEY promised for $99😂 turns out i could've held better trainings and ive only been lashing for 3 months
Thank you. I’m literally crying right now cause yesterday I spent about 4hrs just filling one eye and partially filling the other. The client had to go home.. it was a hybrid set. I’m hoping she comes back today. I was just so discouraged and I felt like maybe this whole lashing stuff is not meant for me. And when I complain to my teacher about my timing, she screams!! And it makes me feel all bad. But now I know that 6hrs really isn’t the worst.. it’s bad yes but I’ll get better. Thank you for this glimmer of hope

You motivate me. I took a training class almost a year ago. I haven't practiced or done anything with it. I'm unfortunately going through chemo and just at home some good days some bad days. But I will start to practice on my maniquine and implement those three rules. So that when I am fighting this battle with Cancer I can be ready to implement my practice skills.
