Welcome to sea level living right next to the sea, but hey, the Causeway beaches don't look that bad. I wonder if the Sheriff's station went under water, hopefully that god awful restaurant Frenches went swimming.
I think a lot of people watch this to decide if they should go to Clearwater beach. A little narration such as, these restaurants are open and you can park in the pay parking lot over here as the regular lots are full of sand would be helpful.
Thanks for your videos in general! When will the power come back? Are all the destroyed interior items from Helena or Milton. How has Sand Key been doing, though, Helena and Milton?
When I watch this. I have been here since 1970. I see some debris and misplaced sand. But nothing compared to the total destruction of this beautiful place by placing all those ugly monster hotels everywhere.overbuilt. man really sucks😢
Lived in Clearwater Beach when it was affordable 16 years. Moved back home in Illinois in 2017. I do miss it, but now glad i did. Peace and blessings Florida especially Clearwater
Thanks for posting this. Good coverage. If you do more could you take it down thru North Beach and some of the short streets - Idelwild, Cambria, construction on the way. Have friends along the way, very familiar and want to see whats changed. Thanks
Twice has Clearwater Beach been slammed...I truly hope everyone there's alright more or less. I feel even worse for some of the people who work over there. Sekushi's on the Beach, Frenchy's Rockaway...I knew people who worked there. I hope they're still around.

@@david89630 Tourism in Florida is an important industry if not the most important for the state. If people don't or can't come because of continued hurricane damage, then that doesn't bode well for "the sunshine state" economically speaking.
Best time ever to do a home remodel strip everything out and *"winterize"* (close all are gaps) check for water intrusion upgrade the windows you name some amazing product out there right now including paint roof decking you name it😊😊
What’s crazy is the unbelievable damage seen in this video was from Helene merely passing by. Milton is a stronger storm and it’s forecast to slam directly into this area. I can’t imagine the agony and hopelessness. 🙏🏽

I feel like the worst part about milton is gonna be all that debris that prob wont get picked up in time. this is sooooo sad though fr. hoping the wind sheer knocks down the severity!
