Question. Why do most people using concrete use the steel mesh see through walls instead of the solid concrete ones? Asthetically for me, I think it takes away from an apocalypse look. Not hating, just genuinely curious. Great settlements btw!
@@Assertiveband Makes sense. I think sometimes I get too into the apocolypse lore that I forget to just get creative and try something new. Keep up the great content my guy! 😄
I build a big vault, with only the main part of the vault and following the canon desing of vaults and old vaults like vault 101 but the ai of this game is so bad they cant reach their works, for this settlement dlc to work u have to make a small and simple vault what a shame :c Still ur vault is cool
How did you get rid of all the dead weed like plants in front of the house?😮 i have my platform at the same height but it doesn’t cover the all of the dead plants
@@cL1c in front of the house, the dead weeds were covered with mutofruits, and the rest of the dead weeds stick out from under the concrete, this is shown in the video
@@Assertiveband welcome! Always baffles me how detailed your builds are. How long may I ask did you sacrifice on this one? I just spent all day today doing Sanc Springs lol It is the new hub of my Slocam Joes Coffee and Donut franchises i have set up at all my camps 🤣. I use robot guards extenssively they carv up everything if you give them head lasers, a nail gun and any melee weapon lol. Man i love this game too much lol
@ArnoldJudasRimmer.. the only mods I really used were ones like scrap everything, settlements expanded, and place anywhere when it came to settlement building, although there were a lot of FPS & texture mods to slow the frame rate drops in certain areas. My head canon was that the settlements should look clean, but as post- apocalyptic as possible. I'm terribly OCD about things like that, but I've seen some great unmodded builds that kind of inspired me to go back and play vanilla. The achievements aren't bad either 😆
@@johnnygannon490 yes I am same man. But I love any that add items to settlements also. I hate being restricted lol. But Sanctuary Hot springs is superb. It is best player home/settlement mod I have used. I love building settlements, but this place is a love letter to all my end game gear and items just love it! I already beat game years ago vanilla. Got most trophies. When next gen came out i nabbed it for some fun. 400hours later and I have a massive Slocam Joes/Chem producing Empire on the side that spans across the Commonwealth. Guarded by an army of sentient Robot death machines 🤣😃
Love your builds, they are inspiring! My questions are: what console, if any, do you play on? And, how many times did you use the settlement glitch to make it this stunning? Thank you for these builds!
very beautiful construction of their buildings, beautifully decorated and everything lovingly furnished. I like it a lot 😊😊 best wishes from Germany...
i just started my build in vault 88 cause I was getting tired of them getting their asses kicked while I was in far harbor lmao... when i show up there are 29 people there lmao...so building around them is fun
@@Assertiveband ; this is my current building project. For me it is a lucky coincedence to have come across your video. My main take away is : I will tthink of making bigger rooms. Also: I think the idea of using the gard tables for rooms like engenering and hospital is brilliant. I never thought of that 👍👍
@@knolose1 when I first started building, everything turned out monotonous and boring for me too and realized that no one would like this, drew conclusions, and decided not to build identical houses anymore
WOW AWESOME !!!!.... I use mods and STILL CANNOT build a damn thing because nothing adds up. But YOU went and did something amazing without mods :O !!. Awesome !.
I love this build it is so beautiful! I put off doing the Manor because it is such a mess and I only have vanilla build. I want to live in this place. 😊 I like the art deco bar. The place is like a little resort. ❤
@@Assertiveband I like the way you used the lamps pushed into the little white tables. I pushed them halfway into the walls at diamond for deco wall sconces. Couches or tables hid the bases.
Question(s): which platform are you on, and did you have to tax the settlement limit bar more than twice? I LOVE these ideas for Jamaica Plain! I see no lag in your walk through, I'm curious. Great video!
Man you are the king of these settlements! The lighting, placing of buildings and items is really rather impressive sir. I play on ps5. I finished Sanctuary, I mean properly redone the whole thing, adding a fort round the whole site. I can literally not build one single item more or it crashes regularly. I wish the build sizes were bigger, dropping and storing is all well and good but it trashes fps man.
Glass floor, also known as glass roof Structures - warehouse - roofs Glass railings, also known as glass windows Structures - shelter - doors To do this you need to install DLC Wasteland Workshop and Vault-Tec Workshop
How many glitches, how many times did you use the limit glitch for this and what other glitches did you use? To the naked eye with due respect this looks modded. It does look superb.
@@Assertiveband I am not sure how you can sit there and state no mods in your title, when you are using cheats to gather resources. Creation Club assets are also considered to be mods. It is a valuable tool we never had at launch or after the DLC's came out. You have no idea what it feels like to build Mega Bases and having to go adventuring to get equipment to sell. That is the reason why my first Castle Project took over 300 hours to complete. I built 10 Mega Bases before finally deciding to use mods, that equated to around 1500 hours of work. I then built another 17 Bases before I decided to use the place anywhere tool. Heck, I never even used the rug glitch for anything during my first ten builds, with exception of using it to place my Land Water Generators... and that wasn't until the latter half. You do not know what it feels like to go to the Prydwyn once a week in game, and gather equipment. Then having to go to Diamond City to sell that equipment. Then you have to go to all of the various vendors throughout the Commonwealth. Do you know what it feels like to go to Bunker Hill and get 500 units of glass? That took just a little over 30 minutes of real time, and my builds took 1000's of units of glass. You have some decent builds that I will give you credit on, but what I cannot stand for is false advertising in your title. I never felt the need to state Vanilla or NO Mods in my titles, but that seems to be a thing now. Does having NO MODS in the title make your builds more valuable somehow? Be completely transparent in your title. NO MODS with CHEATS. I quite frankly do not care if you like me or not, but what I do care about is honesty and transparency. Not your ambiguous, click-bait titles that are only meant to draw viewers in to watch your videos. Integrity will always mean more to me than views and followers. I have paid my dues to the game, but it does not seem like you have and you are not the only new Fallout 4 builder claiming the same things as you, and then embellishing their titles. Cheers.
@@theshadowsovereign8914 Ahahaha I already said, I don’t have time to walk through the wasteland for months and collect resources, my goal is to build settlements without mods, I don’t have a goal in survival mode to collect resources, I don’t have time to constantly live in this game, in real life I live in survival mode
@@Assertiveband Cheats are most certainly mods. You need to be transparent and honest in your title. EXAMPLE : 'TITLE' and then: (NO MODS with Cheats & Creation Club) I have absolutely no problem playing the A-Hole in this incarnation, as long as it brings out honesty and transparency. Whether I am liked or not, is irrelevant to me. You will certainly not get an ouch of respect from me, while you are still lying in your titles. And you are not putting the effort in to clarify that in your description. Quality, over quantity. Good luck.
