ALOO CHOLA RECIPE 1) half cup cooking oil 2) 1 third teaspoon Nigella seeds (kalongi) 3) 1 third teaspoon white cumin seeds(sofhad zeera) 4) 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste(lehsun adrak) 5) half teaspoon turmeric powder(haldi) 6) 1 teaspoon salt(namak) 7) 1 teaspoon crushed red chili(kuti lal mirch) 8) 250 gram boil potatoes(aloo) 9) 1 cup boil chickpea(chola) 10) 2 glass of water (pani) 11) 1 tablespoon corn flour 12) A liitle green coriander(haradhaniya) PURI RECIPE 1) 2 cup all purpose flour(maida) 2) 2 tablespoon clarified butter(banaspati ghee) 3) 1 third teaspoon salt(namak) 4) take some water and do kneading dough (thora thora pani dalke ata ghoond lein 5) After 10 mins of kneading dough we will deep fry puri (dough ko 10 min rest ka baad puri bana ker deep fry kerlanga) SUJI KA HALWA 1) 1 cup homemade clarified butter(desi ghee) 2) 4 to 5 cardamom(elaichi) 3) one cup granulated wheat(suji) 4) one cup sugar(chini) Now the recipe of halwa puri is prepared.
