Hey, Love the video if your in need of an editor I would love to work with you. I wanna grow and learn more editing styles and I can assure that we would work together amazing!
I use the microvib 2 quite a bit for tracking and balancing helicopters. Heres 3 things i have learned. Never lie to it, tell it exactly how much weight you put on and where, the first few runs do very small changes, some aircraft like the ones in this video are programmed very well and you can get it in just 1 move. Some aircraft like most bell helicopters are not and require you to move 1 weight in some direction and do another run. Typically it makes it worse for the second run and it will learn based on that data. By the 3rd you should be pretty close to perfect. Lastly is more for helicopters but only make on change at a time, if you change a weight on the head and create a shake when your running both tail balance and head balance your gonna have a bad time. I suppose in your case the tip is dont try to balance with 2 engines running at the same time
But are you a A&P also ( first)? I looked up yur nice lookin Warrior 38211.. u guys are in wayy out west side ND..? omg must be cold already ? out there.
I took a friend up and tricked him, told him I was going to taxi around the airport and we took off, the look f his face was priceless, and I have never been cursed out for 2 hours straight. that fool yelled and screamed until he smoked a blunt that cooled him down. after a while he was cool, I wish i had that phone with the video in it
I've been a member of Watford Aero Club for almost 3 years.. I'm 28hrs shy of Charter Minimums (500 hrs).. I've had the privilege of flying to Salmon Idaho, Midland Texas, and Dallas Tx, in the Watford Aero Club aircraft.. The scheduling system is excellent..!! The plane is available 97% of the time.. I've had to cancel because of weather the other 3% of the time.. If you want to fly long cross countries, medium to short flights, or even learn to fly. This is the Club for you...!!
For a Discovery flight you really didnt let him do anything other then take a ride. Isnt the point of a discovery flight to get hands on with the plan?
Cool video. Dad never seemed comfortable. It’s hard to get someone outside aviation to be comfortable and chill. Kinda of a long landing nearing 2k feet. New to the Archer and watch my airspeed on final religiously. 65 kts on final you are always good. I missed our local 1500 ft intersection once, but have met that turn off since.
