@@LSForce10 They had racing after practice that day & I stayed to watch what would be my class & only one other guy in it unfortunately so I might have to get whooped by some youngins lol
I’m bummed you’re leaving...but stoked for you that you’re getting out and moving forward! I’ll always appreciate how you gave us rookies encouragement and advice...means a lot. Glad I made it out for your last ride and I had a great time! I hope you keep putting up content so we can keep tabs on ya😉. Show those folks in NM what a NorCal rider can do💪! Take care Josh!
So glad I made it out and got to be part of your last ride in California. Going to miss hanging out with you and watching your smooth riding style. Best of luck to you on your new life and adventures in New Mexico.
Crazy how easy and mellow these jumps look until you actually ride the track and its like wtff. 😂😂 Looks effortless but it sure is not in person haha. Great riding!! I love this track
Amazing ride, Josh, glad you're OK. Must have been scary in the second, time slows down when you know you're going to hit. You were a man possessed in moto 1 though, amazing ride.
Could be different sprocket sizes. GoPro could be inaccurate. Don’t think I was completely redlined either. Those ‘23 250’s bark tho so I don’t doubt it.
Thanks for posting, @firestone2093. I always learn something from your videos. And your cornering is looking really good, btw, you're really dropping into the ruts. 🙂
Riding during the week I see lol looks awesome man...would be sick if I could make it there next friday but we might hit up mammoth bar. See what happens. Gotta get this 16 hour drive on Sunday over with first lol Question about the ride day today...did they do an actual prep this morning? I'll be at my parents house in El Dorado Hills so Hangtown would be a solid play if we did some riding.
😂👌🏻It was a free ride day for our club we race with. Only reason I went. The track is normally open Friday, Saturday & Sunday 9am-2pm but he does close it a lot if it’s gets too hot(usually if it’s over 100 degrees).
Driving out to CA to visit family and bringing my bike. Planning to hit up Riverfront for the afternoon/evening ride on 7/25. Would be sick to see a 209 Honda out there if you ever do the weekday rides.
Where do you go off the 108 to get to the trail head. I’m New to the area and can’t find a spot on the onX app to pull off for the day and comfortably leave my truck.
Good job🦾…I used to Race here A lot…I Swapped one time there & hit my Throat on the End of the Bars because my Hands Came off the Bars,it was like 95 degrees😬…i Miss seeing the MaGoo Memorial there,he was one of my Biggest Heros…Bro,good to see you on a Honda,I Just got the 50th Anny 450😮🦾🔥💥🏁
@@firestone2093 At the face of any tabletop jump, are you still gripping the knees to the tank or just loose and neutral? By the way, what gear should I be in on a 250 4T at the finish line jump?
@@LuckyNikitaBoba Gripping with the legs/knees at all times when riding. I’d say 3rd or 4th for the 250. Depends how high you like your rpm’s when jumping.
@@firestone2093 How do I know when I’m ready to attempt the finish line jump? Is there another jump on this track that I should clear first before attempting this jump?
WTF? I bet you turned in your fastest laps of the weekend after the incident though! Riding with anger had improved my lap times occasionally...lol. Good job Josh!🔥👊
