Just a day for Acclimatization? I guess atleast 48 hours are bare minimum needed if you dont want to have some serious health issues. I landed in leh from Delhi at 11:00 hours, reached hotel around at noon...and without any rest walked straight to Leh Market...Believe me just 1.5 kms of walk made next 2 days a hell for me. I didn't know at all about acclimatization😥
