It's a lot of work for less pay off. More work than germinating but less nutrition and costs more. I get it the money is in selling people full rack systems.... eh....
We've had success simplifying our planting process and avoiding weight on everything but peas and sunflowers. For those varieties, we use precut corrugated plastic inserts that rest inside the channel and can be weighed down with anything you have on hand. We will be adding products such as these inserts and other accessories on our site soon! Or for the DIYers, these are simple to cut yourself!
