Hi I got Tier 2 visa refusal because the case worker said that I did not show proof of knowledge of English. In fact, my master degree is from a UK university. I sent my degree certificate during my application but the caseworker said that I didn't show proof. Thus, I apply for administrative review. How long does it usually take for cases like this? I did not submit new evidence because I have sent them an evidence to begin with

Hey Sir so basically I have done my class 10-11 from cbse board and I got 80 percentage in both 10-11 and class 12 I gave from Bihar open board and I got 75 per overall and in English in class in 11 its 78 and in class 12 its 68 And taking about ielts its 5.5 overal and 48 in pte so I was wondering can I be able to study from foundation year?
