@2:53, while its in a knot, I soak the tails then re roll it while its still wet. This will get the tails a lot tighter and hold its form. After it's rolled, I'd tape it and let it dry. It takes a lot of time and practice.

Attaching to the thick cloth is a little shed but here’s how I did it: 1. Undo the little rubber and separate it from the meta loop. Pull down on the rubber part 2. Place the cloth of your shirt in between the rubber flap and the metal loop. See which orientation works best. 3. Push the thick bead shape of the rubber part through the metal loop and you’ll need to pull to get it in. It might take a while. 4. When you put them in your socks, it is considerably easier than the thicker cloth. It’s the same process as above, just don’t put them on backwards or it’ll scrape up on your leg.
