This may be a bit off topic .But it seems that top companies only hire men with elite education, or women. I don't understand where the patriarchy or male privilege lies. you often find that the few men that make the cut still get outranked by their female peers despite their elite education.

I get to know over the years , men in Asia have a problem whit women working, for many different reasons, one of them is they dont like the ider that there wife s sisters daughters are working for another family, in there mind it is almost the same as her also beeing married whit into the family she is working for , but what a misunderstanding it is to use this as a valued point of view agienst women taking part in other jobs carriers and income generating independent activities .

Quite amusing for a Norwegian to listen to this. After quite a few years of targeted government subsidies, we're now at 91% of new cars being fully electric. 5% hybrid and less than 5% gas/diesel. Most power is supplied via hydro power. Yes, Norway has it easy in many ways, but as a citizen I think the subsidies are money well spent and most subsidies are now being cancelled. The reason is simple. If you drive an EV, 99% don't ever want to get an ICE car ever again. It's that good on your economy... Maybe a visit to see the future is in order? Interesting to hear him repeat what is considered FUD when it comes to accidents and such? Numbers say the opposite. Most petrol stations are now replacing gas pumps with chargers in major cities. They retain a pump or two for old timers, but that's it. Nobody want to go back to smelling fumes in the city ever again.

I like the situational interview, and the observation that takers privatize success and externalize failures. True. Just a word of caution that if a giver is asked “what would other people do in this situation?” And he came from a toxic environment, he’ll give a realistic answer that will be the same as the taker’s projection: “From my experience, they would steal.” So good rules of thumb.
