I thought they could triangulate sources of broadcast on frequencies. Can't you hit broadcasters with a fine for broadcasting on guard when not in an emergency?

It's always impressive to hear ATC handling emergencies. The sheer level of coordination is unreal. Sweeping over a dozen aircraft out of the way in 60 seconds to get a direct route to the airport for an emergency landing.
You can clearly see the slats deployed in the fromt of the wing and dee that flaps are most likely set to 5 looking at the back of the wing. This video is missing the large jet landing previous to this takeoff, which this plane goes through the vortex of, which causes this weird takeoff.
