I’m a local not far from red bank, this horn always startled me as it stands out from the subtle K5LAs

The new ALP45A’s have been around for over a year now so I’m not surprised to see them installed on NJCL/NEC revenue service. For example, I was at Papaianni Park in Edison last Friday midday to compete in a virtual 5K for a race event that happened in-person in Detroit on Sunday Morning, and while I was cooling down from the 5K, I spotted an ALP45A pulling 6 multi-level coached toward Trenton. If I remember correctly, it was NEC Train 3837 to Trenton that had this consist.
