Arey why are you fellows not getting back on car 7 day trial now. Very bad. Paied so mich more on zoomcar just to experience ev car before buying. Disappointed.
Ampere Magnus electric scooter has been nothing but a headache from the moment I purchased it. First off, let's talk about the charger. Yes, it comes with a supposed 5-year warranty, but guess what? Mine decided to kick the bucket after just 2 years of use. No big deal, right? Wrong. When I tried to claim my warranty for the charger, the company had the audacity to blame it on water damage! Now, here's the kicker - there was absolutely no water damage to be found by the dealer where I submitted my charger for warranty claim. But oh no, Ampere wants to play the blame game and avoid their responsibilities. It's been over a month now since I submitted my charger, and what do I have to show for it? Nothing. Zilch. Nada. Not only have I not received a backup charger during this time, but the supposed "repaired" charger they sent back was also conveniently labeled as water damaged. What a load of rubbish! It's clear that Ampere doesn't stand by their warranty claims and would rather fabricate excuses than provide decent customer service. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of the Ampere Magnus electric scooter. It's not worth the headache, frustration, and false promises.
@Morris Garrage MG ZS EV is made of Military Tank Steel and MG please remove ADAS features in India as yesterday because of ADAS I met with an accident in MG ZS EV but at the same time I rate 5 stars out of 5 as the car which banged me from back that car was damaged badly but I didn’t find a single scratch also on MG ZS EV, I think they have used military tank steel
Good video. 7 day test is the best for me, individual. You are doing a good job, but still dint get any response from zecat bro will wait. Will test the least expensive ev first, tata tiago ev etc, that should give somewhat good idea about owning and driving evs for long term. Will be doing a delhi mumbai trip, that should give good calrity for my future ev ownership.
