He was born in 1970 at Jind, Haryana. He belongs to a traditional Indian joint family with 8 sibs. He completed his basic pre-university education from nainital. After passing M.B.B.S from Allahabad medical college, he did his M.D.from medical college AGRA.
He has attended national and international Conferences and published papers in various conferences in many cities spread over more than 20 states of India.He has a vast experience of about 25 years and he had arranged yoga camps in more than 100 villages of district Karnal, Panipat, Kurukshetra and Kaithal.He has arranged yoga and lifestyle workshops in more than 100 school, college and Institutions.He is founder member of Patanjali yoga Peeth Haridwar.
