Wow…the best I’ve seen, hands down! Excellent, easy to follow tutorial…if I ever have to make a Marvel themed cake, I’m 100% following this right here!!
Hey! Wow, I really thought I left it in the description 🙈 Thank you for spotting my mistake. So, you’ll need to a little math. I’ve googled a formula how to calculate the segments. Here is the link I’ve used, you can add your numbers there into calculator planetcalc.com/6066/
@@tatyana_and_her_fancy_cakesThank you very much for the info with calculating the segments size. Will ask my son to help me work it out 😆. Will tag you on Insta once I’ve made it and added on to my cake 🥰❤️
@@ajonone1974 good luck! On the webpage I linked you can insert your numbers and it will draw a segment for you, then make a screenshot, copy/paste in word document, crop and adjust the image so it’s the size needed. That’s how I did 😅 hope it makes sense
@@Fierclyfabulous for regular fondant like Wilton I would suggest you roll thicker segments so less chances they will misshapen while placing them on the ball
This cake topper was for a flower shop owner, so it matches their branded flower box. 😋 It was fun to make! Do you think it looks better before painting or after? I always question myself. 🙈
Thank you! I do approximately 1:1 ratio. I heat marshmallows in a microwave and then eyeball puffed rice. Then I start mixing with a spatula and see how much of rice I can incorporate, sometimes I have a spoonful leftover in a bowl, sometimes I add more and mix again :)
It’s a circle, then cross on top and then rolled sausage around. Hope it makes sense! I let it dry a little then inserted a toothpick in front of the car, then rolled a short thin cylinder so the steering wheel isn’t just laying.
Oh! Thank you ☺️ This cake for for ladies and they loved it! Usually when I bring 3d character cake to the kids party everyone asks “HOW can you cut THIS?” But kids have no issue eating their favorite cartoon hero 🤪🤪
I moved to the USA 5 years ago. Just making this fondant wheat for a cake made me so SAD 😭 simply because wheat is on my country’s coat of arms. I drove by fields of wheat every day in Belarus and I haven’t been back since.
1. First and foremost - Use a Larger Cake Board! Place your dummy cake on a larger, sturdy cake board that extends a lot beyond the base of the cake. This will provide more stable foundation and help prevent tipping. 2. Secure with Dowels: Use wooden dowels or skewers to secure the tiers together. Insert the dowels through each tier to provide additional stability and prevent them from shifting. I used double sided tape and it doesn’t work great with styrofoam 😅 3. Weight your base! When working with tall, tiered dummy cakes think about adding weight to the base by attaching a wooden board underneath your cake board. This increases the stability by lowering the center of gravity, much like a strong foundation supports a tall building, ensuring your cake remains upright during decoration and display 👌👌
I know this is related to something like in A movie or a show, Right?? The cake you made... I dont recall that movie, please let me know. My brain is not processing😅but i know i saw it in a movie long long ago, these creature. Edit--Oh God, i just saw the Caption 😭😂, its from Harry Potter ohh God😭.
Thank you 😘 I’m starting new on RU-vid because I’ve got tired of 30 seconds reels on Instagram. Trying to master longer videos because I want to make more valuable content and I do have what to show 😋
