I had it down to A or C, but what caused my indecision is that normally Airway, Breathing, Circulation dictates possible airway compromise and SOB as a priority even though those findings are expected eith pleural effusion. Possible internal hemorrhage and hypovolemic shock being a circulatory issue would be a close second using the ABC hierarchy, but I can see how C would also be a good option because of the unstable emergent nature of the injury.
What do you think is the biggest difference between your $76 business and it being a $2 million business? Systems and processes? Or is that bulk of that just your own personal growth?
