I have them disabled on all of my content, but RU-vid has a confirmed bug that causes them to play for some viewers anyway. It's not just my channel - this has been a problem across the entire platform since at least mid-2022. RU-vid's engineers know about the bug and what causes it to happen, but unfortunately, they have not provided any information about when (or if) they will fix it. The bug tends to manifest as a 30-second mid-roll ad played around the 6-hour mark, and it disproportionately affects iPhone and iPad users. I watch your videos on my iPad at night and get the adds around 6-6:30am. Thinking I’m about to go get me a homedics sound machine, do you have these videos on a different platform that we can go watch and not get the adds, I’m new with tinnitus , 7 weeks, still trying to figure out what will help me. It seriously help me sleep. It muffle down my tinnitus to nearly zero at night. For years it was a recording of an AC Unit. This works way better. Thanks a lot my friend.

I rely on this green noise every night when I go to sleep. It’s taken %90 of my insomnia and helps my dog not be so anxious when he hears people outside at my apartment!
There are no voices in this audio. Hearing voices in green noise is an example of auditory pareidolia, a phenomenon where the brain interprets random sounds as something more familiar, like voices or music. It's similar to seeing shapes in clouds or faces in inanimate objects - but don't worry, it's very common. This green noise was created by generating 12 hours of white noise and then applying a special filter curve to it. You can see the parameters I used in the video description and try it yourself. Went from a white noise belt for sleep to now a green noise belt this sound is relaxing my mind and how I can hear so many different sounds it’s relaxing 😌
Then RU-vid should be banned for criminally playing ads when you say no ads - and RU-vid played an evil ad after only 1 hour of play -- harmfully waking me up and I have insomnia and have not been able to get back to sleep and has completely harmed my health --- So how can I trust listening to your videos ever again because now I don't trust you due to criminal greedy evil RU-vid --
I am sorry that happened. I'm not sure what to tell you, as I have been going back and forth with RU-vid about this for nearly 2 years now and we're still experiencing this problem. If you check the description of this video, you will find many alternative ways to access this content, since you no longer trust RU-vid (and considering what happened, I can't say I blame you).

Ok so I thought I’d try this very curiously. I did t expect this to work and the first 30 seconds I was irritated. I suffer from insomnia , sleep apnea and overthinking constantly, especially when I lay down and try to sleep. I usually sleep a maximum of 2 hours on a good night. I put this on and five minutes later I’m focused … I have one thought at a time instead of hundreds. I feel balanced and calm and am walking around with it playing on earphones. I have no idea how this works and did not expect to notice anything. I just slept fast when listening to this!!! It’s like a massage to the brain and as I said all the raving thoughts dissolved into one at a time!! This makes no sense to me at all but all I can say is thank you !!!!
