Yeah really wish that upgrade applied with the supply pack, whether that is intentional or an oversight it holds the weapon back a lot with ammo problems.

What i love about Helldivers is how every man and woman are fighting for one cause. No countries, No bias, Whatever language we all fight as one. This is a representation of our future, a future where we push against the stars and not each other.
I kind of feel like I'm more patriotic towards super Earth than I am towards my own real country. On the other hand, my responsibilities towards super Earth are very small, and my experience with their complete bullshit ends as soon as I decide to sign off. So I guess there are those differences.

Use it every now and the for fun, but not worth. Still buggy, not enough primarys, and doesn't block melee attacks. Add more guns, maybe shield bash or ability to plant it into the ground would be cool.
These things aren't very friend shaped, but I can't say I'm not of a fan of them they're cool to fight, a big part of this mission was going to every base and being like "Oh there's just one of those there" guess I can't just do drive by 110m rocket pods to every outpost I see at t7+
Just my opinion but anything with fortified is nice as it helps with recoil management, I double down on heavy with Fortified and Explosive Resistance as Bots tend to kill you with explosives more often than blaster bolts.
Depends on playstyle, medium armor fortified is the best recommended pairing but I like running engineering kit + the grenade pistol since I like destroying sub-objectives and outposts Absolutely do not run light armor with the shield. You are insanely weak and rockets will 9/10 times just outright kill you.
You guys have to remember that getting ragdolled in front of all the other bots leaves you as a sitting duck. That said new ballistic shield is pretty sick, if you can avoid that
this shield saved me from a direct cannon turret hit somehow, as long as you block in time and the aoe/ragdoll doesn't kill you instead it's stupidly good (it can only take so much damage though, that cannon ruined the shield)
It's only lvl 6 , on lvl 9 when you are surrounded by all types of devastators and they sand you to ragdoll every 3 secs you will reconsider your choice
I think is the defender? The one arm gun from the main warbond, like page 3 or 4? It's not that good actually, is kinda weak and slow compared to others and has a bit of a recoil and no scope but is still way better than any pistol. I always use it with a balistic shield since you only need one hand and yes, i use it when I have to deliver data also, because again it's one handed and better than a pistol. I only use it with automatons tho because I always carry the shield against them. So to recap: not that good, need good aim, but usable with one hand (shield, carrying data)
@@CardboardBoxGodI don't know if it is just me but the Autocannon does it better. It feels much easier to kill them this way with it. Maybe I'm just a bad shot with the Anti-Materiel Rifle?
@@themightykv-5410 i think the anti rifle, being a very precise weapon that only lets you aim with the scope, is not very good in close and medium fights because its accuracy focuses on the target and you can't look around in a safe way. Also autocannon is explosive so it can bypass armor. Let's just say rifle is safe from a distance and you have to take your time aiming, autocannon just goes BOOMBOOM very fast and you don't really need to aim but it's better in close to medium distance
the anti-materiel rifle is known to have misaligned sights. you need to aim for the top left corner of the center square of the reticle to be precise. it throws a lot of people off and think they're missing bc theyre bad when the sights are just wrong
We need an option to join shields with a buddy. It'd be practically useless but it could maybe use a modified crew served weapon system that's already there. Either that or the option to drive it into the ground like a pavise to use as cover.
@@mlhx9181 that pavise idea isn't bad, I like that. Imagine taking the time to set up ur own little fort at the extract while waiting for someone to get the last few outposts lolll
@@GodBlessTheATFagreed, it doesn’t have a big horizontal radius at all for the size payload. for some reason most of the killzone on the 500kg is actually vertical, I’m assuming to make sure it damages the hit box on a bile titan.
thought the exact same thing, radius didnt make sense for a 500KG bomb. Its not a true 500KG bomb, its more like a precision strike that has multiple uses and a fairly decent cooldown for how many uses you get nowadays I run it alongside orbital precision strike, thats pretty much the FASTEST cooldown anti-elite strategem combo. Run stuns, grenade launcher+supply pack, or stuns and ballistic shield +whatever else and bam you are a literal 1 man army 267 hours and only play 9s btw
