my harrop e locker would never engage in the middle of an obstacle that quickly. seems to take a full 10ft of forward drive before wheels are locked up.

I've had OA on a Prado since it first came out and been very happy with it. The past few months I have been working out of an office in Cessnock and let me tell you, the ride has been shit on the roads out there, to the point where today my stomach and sides are aching from the 20 km of really rough dirt road. So I got to thinking, last time it was serviced was a few months ago so went out and checked and yep, all 4 dials on fucking 20! I usually run them on 10 so obviously the snotty little 1st year apprentice I pay full mechanics hourly rate to has been fucking with something he should not be touching. Maitland Toyota Service, useless.

Someone ask Roothy why the Harrop elocker unlocks when you change direction 😂

just installed the adjustable kit onto my Fj cruiser. So far, the ride is not too bad. my question is which way to turn the knob for a softer ride?

Most utes have a rear LSD. I figure an auto locker on the front is the way to go - cheaper, simpler, only works when the front axle is engaged.

The real reason he pull him out from behind is because most opposite lock bull bar like mine, after instalment you can no longer have front recovery points. Would not recommend.

Don’t get opposite lock bull bars. Their communication after a sale is nonexistent. After Installing one of their bars I can no longer have front recovery points. Major letdown

The car is going through obstacles perfectly with no problems, then we see it's just sitting there. Suddenly at 0:30 Roothy says he is going to engage the locker to get back the traction again!! perfect scenario! I am going to order my e-locker right away! :) I just wonder why they bothered to go and record a video? They could have just show some slides: oh no! in this slide the car is stuck! Oh nice! E locker is saving the car in this slide! yeah! :))
