I remember originally getting full malaise would quickly deplete your health and kill you. Basically game over. It was just another way the game forced you to play a glass canon. One of the reasons I dropped the game.
You need to beat hand of the king again and after that use homunculus rune to possess king corpse to get king outfit and after that you need to beat Collector again to get true ending

hey, I may be stupid but, I’ve played on 1bc, even gotten to 3bc before, but I’ve never seen the option to upgrade legendary items to ‘s’ quality? Is that something to do with the blacksmith guy after each boss?
Hey man, malaise is a game mechanic that makes the game a bit more challenging and kind of rush you through the biomes to reduce it's effect. The major thing it does is t makes monsters hit harder and randomly spawn in your location.
You know let me tell you one thing The Dead synce and electric whip is the most dangerous combination of weapon,get those two and you get thru a room under short time (if you wanna try)
You need to beat the final secret boss on 5BC difficulty. Start another run, and beat HOTK. You'll find the king has respawned on the throne. Then use the homomculus on him to extract the outfit.

Its like this..I once defeated the ight hand king And the Real king on the Throne was there..but I didn't have Homocunlost Rune..and then after that..when I got it..the throne..it's destroyed!..is there a way to make it respawn again??
