@@hamoodj792 I don’t really do cardio tbh, the only cardio I did was jogging for 15-20 mins once a week to once every two weeks, but that was only to get my heart challenged. Nutrition will do far more for getting you lean, but you can try walking on an empty stomach or using a stair master fasted in the morning if you wish to burn those fat stores on top of that and most importantly simply eat less (calorie deficit) and keep your protein high on rest days.
