Yeah,why do we need a clip to help hold the handle on?

On Amazon it says that the cane extends to 54 inches (4.5 ft) but when it arrived it only extended to 35 inches. What happened to the 19 inches? I am in so much pain as I have a torn meniscus. I rather that they correctly exam their product and not eyeball 54 inches.

I’m standing in Walmart right now. Three of us can not get the adjustment LOCKED... any suggestions?

I purchased this, but not happy with the top of the stick where the hand would go, if using it as a cane. It is very uncomfortable, almost painful. I have a neuro disorder that causes me balance problems at different times & a walking stick is not enough. I tried to use the cane, but it's just not comfortable. Perhaps the company can make something that is a little more comfortable that can be put in place over the top.

Way too hard for most older women to adjust the height. I finally got the clip off and it moved easily, but I think I need it a bit shorter. I've tried for hours to adjust it and once it clicks on I cannot move it again ! Disappointing

Please make this cyclone cane MORE DISABILITY ACCESSIBLE! It is IMPOSSIBLE to adjust. I have cerebral palsy and fibromyalgia and may other things. And I am small and would have used the shortest setting most days when I'm walking around barefoot at home(I hate shoes lol), or when wearing thin soled shoes, but I need to be able to adjust it myself because thicker soled shoes like tennis shoes etc, raises me up enough to need to lengthen the cane a bit for proper stability. But with this one, I can't. This cane could have been great. It just arrived today and I've only had it a few hours and I can already tell it would have done wonders for my posture. Plus it was stable enough that I may not have even needed to switch the end cap out for the Hugo Quad Pod like I need for regular off set canes. But in trying to adjust the Cyclone Cane just to see if I could, after releasing the clip, and even taking the clip all the way out, it wouldn't budge. In fact, the only thing that did happen was the force of my trying to pull it out to extend the length made the end cap come off. And then in trying to push the end cap back on all the way, the cane shortened past the first hole and I can't even put the clip back in to secure it, because again, It. Won't. Budge. Very disappointed.

Please explain the fitting of the cane more explicitly. Also, what is the upper adjustment for???

Found out about these today. Ordered myself a pair from Amazon cause I'm tired of going thru crutch tips... and I just need a good pair of crutches.

The wind, birds and reverb are very distracting. And you talk too fast for good comprehension.

O.o I have muscular distraphy, i am considering these to help me walk, i can bearly walk as is and just had a fall this morning actually. I luv how the one's for my hight are green my favorite color. And i luv the out doors, so im hopeing to gain some of my lost indipendance and be able to take a walk outside in the yard with my dog.

You left out the use of the clip near the handle. I cannot figure out what it is for. It does not seem to do anything. Please explain.

It does not show how to adjust the height and it does not explain what is the clip near the handle for. I tried different ways and it does not do anything.

Disappointed to find these are manufactured in China.

My concern is that the thickness in diameter of the hand grip is too large for my hand. Is it possible to make different size diameter grips? That grip would be very good for a man's hand but I don't think so for a woman or someone whose hand is built small.

I am recuperating from a broken femur. I love the design and bio mechanical friendlyness of your product. I hope to try them out. Definitely a product I would love to see available through the Veterans Administration.

Why is this product not demonstrated by a real person using them? The video left me bewildered by not showing me how to set them up or use them. In theory I can only speculate as to how they would benefit me over normal crutches. I have only one leg. Will these type of crutches even work for me?
