band is from HVGB and Northwest River ('Striver), and that's shot at the waterfont museum there. You should recognize one of them if you watched Last Stop Garage on Discovery Channel, that's Leander there performing on lead. And for the record, that song is OLD, it's a NWR song from when they still had the dance hall there. :)
My boy, the Flummies predate GBS by decades, that son'g is from Northwest River where they shot this (at the local waterfront museum premises). Same town as Last Stop Garage (it's almost 300 years old). The Flummies is over 40 years old and has had a rotating line up since it's inception. I was a kid in the 1980s and it was old THEN! The great memories of these games will remain with me forever. I actually covered the games for "The Labradorian" newspaper in the early 90's. Will always love the "Big Land"!!!!
I was doing flight training in St. John's back in the early 90's and I recall the Tornadoes had a stop over at YYT. The next day we watched them depart. There was an FBO behind where a pair were parked on the ramp. They blew off part of the sign moving from the ramp. One also did a low pass over the hangars. I'll never forget it, the sound of freedom.

Thats shot in the Northwest River museum by the River, and half the performers are from NWR, one member lives 4 doors down from my folks, they made Last Stop Garage for Discovery Channel at his gas station and he was a cast member. but not one person in that band is a 'newfie'.
This is video footage I compiled over many years of carrying a video camera. I was lucky enough have the opportunity to travel throughout Labrador and get the video clips seen in this piece. Some of the footage was taken as far back as 1987. Myself and Harry worked for the same outfit for many years. His songs were perfect to compliment the images captured on video. Ein paar Sachen möchte ich hier mal klar stellen. 1. Wenn schon unbedingt Bier getrunken wird dann wird das in der Bundeswehr *DEFINITIV IMMER* nach dem Flug gemacht. Ich weis wovon ich rede denn ich war viele Jahre in der Luftwaffe. 2. sowohl die Besatzungen als auch das Bodenpersonal haben erhebliche Strafen aufgebrummt bekommen. Nachdem die Bundeswehr von diesem Viedeo Wind bekam, durften vorallem diverse Besatzungsmitglieder ihren Kittel ausziehen. Das war's dann für diejenigen mit Jetfliegen in der Bundeswehr. Denn wir sind keine Kindergartenkrabbelgruppe. Und 3. solche Sachen wie sie hier zu sehen sind, sind das Werk von Leuten denen Langweilig ist und die offenbar nichts besseres zu tun haben. Das ist somit also nicht die Regel in der Bundeswehr.

Und nehmen wir mal an, meine Aussage dass die Besatzungsmitglieder die in diesem Video zu sehen sind danach wirklich nichts zu befürchten hatten und das auch noch beweisbar ist dann entschuldige ich mich dafür, verbreitet zu haben was ich von einem Offizier dessen Geschwader ich hier nicht nennen will, erfahren habe. Ob das nun stimmt oder nicht ist eine Sache. Aber deswegen brauchst du mich noch lange nicht so dermaßen blöd von der Seit an zu rülpsen.
I see all kinds of comments saying how could we ever make and show a cartoon like this, but I've seen far worse anti-America commercials and documentaries and guess what most of the anti-America propaganda I saw was recent material.
