Absolute junk & bad right hand drive to left hand drive conversions. I've owned 2 in the Philippines over the past 20yrs & both were riddled with problems. I had to rewire the dash boards, wire wheel back the bare metal where they're welded together (& were not primed or painted). Steering components were made of rebar as part of the conversion. I've owned about 40 cars in 20yrs in the visayas & my left hand drive converted cars were all garbage & needed extensive mods. Luckily I'm a car guy & do all my own work, so overcoming these issues wasn't so bad. If your tall & not a 'car guy' these vans are not for you. There's lots of half decent cars in the Philippines. A multicab might suit your budget at first, but be sure to thoroughly go over it looking for defects in the assembly, many that could lead to serious issues. (Like when a welded steering component broke & sent me off the road & flipped the one we had). Only place I would use one now would be maybe a 4x4 scrum or similar for farm work only. Just my opinion, but based on experience in the Philippine auto trade over the past 20yrs. Basically you get what you pay for but for the money I find them overpriced (however they're affordable to locals as they're offered on credit & can be paid off).
thats some cute house love it uwu , heres a tip for these huge spikey graph theres a thing called surge capacitors that could help take care of you batteries and the whole setup itself from a huge current draw because of the aircon and fridge and base of my experiments it does extend the batteries usable AH by 20% by cutting the power loss due to surges

Western superiority complex is "you don't understand and you don't live the way i live, thus you must be inferior" What a nonsene!
How I avoid giving money to all people irrespective of nationality is I offer super small amount(as an insult) and tell them it's a loan not gift. Take it or leave it. If they borrow and don't pay back, game is over. But becareful some people will pay back few times just so you trust them then once you trust them? They will ask big money. One of my friend gave me this advice: Never loan just say No or give super small amount and assume no return.
I visited the blue hole last year and enjoyed it so much. I also loved the way through the transcentral highway, it’s worth a stop on one of many cafes and restaurants to eat and enjoy the scenic view of the mountains of Cebu.
