The question that was asked was about how he feels as a Christian playing in a show that depicts angels and demons and draws from the Bible for story lines, but twists those stories.
It's a shame that in America an actor of Christian faith has to tip toe around the fact that he/she is a follower if Jesus Christ for fear of being ostracized, black balled or just plain viewed as weird. It's just as amazing that those who follow Kabala, Hindu, Muslim etc. etc. or any of a number of other faiths can just speak out, wear it on their sleeve and they will be heralded. 1 Chronicles 7:14 now more than ever ... Maranatha
Pat Broeker I was thinking the exact same thing. In today's society people can voice any belief or opinion but if your a Christian people try their best to shut you down. It really is sad how bad the situation has gotten.
It's just Hollywood leftism at work. You know, the same way in India, calling yourself a proud hindu will raise eyebrows but if you're a muslim/christian etc, you're fine. America is a Cristian nation, and every American has a right to call themselves christian without fear of being ostracized. I guess leftists are just against the very soul of the nation (christianity in America, Hinduism in India) in which they live.
@@TonyMontana-pg6to America is not a Christian nation but principally this is correct and liberals in Muslim countries act the way this guy describes American liberals. Not that I'm anti-liberal myself exactly but this is commonplace liberal behavior apparently everywhere. I think it is sort of an automatic property they have and they'd possibly be surprised themselves liberals in other regions of the world behave the way they do. But anyways america is truly a liberal nation. Its not ever been christian many of the founders themselves would not pass the "is he a Christian" test.
@@littlemo5333 What do you mean by shut down? If you mean an anti-gay view then yes we don't want to hear that but Christians make up most of America. Enough of the everyone is picking on Christians things. There are more churches here then a walmart.
@@parkerflop Considering the fact that the foundation father's were NOT Christian yeah they wouldn't pass. They were Deist. I'm one of those. I believe there is a God I just don't think it's a God that interferes.
