Watched a few of these Hatzola videos both in the US & UK. Kudos to them, their expertise and the time they give, Just one question - why is it always males they save......?
What the hell does the family name have to do with it. Someone is injured, they need help so why is a name important, surely the most important thing is to get to them quickly while someone stays on the phone giving the caller any advise in order to help the patient, while help is on the way.
There is a very valid reason when you ask nicely....we live in a very close knit community and using the family name actually speeds up the response time because our members picture the address by family name.
@@markpruim1075 A sheynem dank Mark for your reply. It kind of makes sense since you explained it like that. But since the address had already been given which was an outside location the family name question would be null and void and would only add more time. Yes I know asking the name of a person only takes a few seconds but I'm more than aware that a few seconds could make a difference especially with time critical calls. Would the patients response be affected if an unknown name was given? Also how could I donate in order to support the work.
