weird eh... we have the 330 with 15 yamaha and we found the second hole on the trim setting worked best for us we also have a foil but not the new raised transom
Hey mate, reckon that broccoli was probably the same vege they make the Galician soup with, no idea what its called. That soup is awesome, make sure you have some. Good on you for sharing your walk, enjoying watching it here in middle earth!
Ordered pir Disco 400 late last year. Our didn't have the new transom unfortunately. Really wish it had the riser. Mated to a 20hp Suzuki 4st it's a great boat.
@@karlshazrado it’s good! Overall I think I need to raise my motor about 10cm. I’ve printed a ride using ASA which is heat/uv resistant. I plan to put that on this weekend and do a test with/without. Maybe I’ll video it and post. I used the glue, not bolt through for the permatrim. Worked great, super solid.
@evankaufman4071 I suppose it may, but these just ride different. No rigid hull, or keel hull...so it's just a different ride in general. We found that if we ride center line and not on the tube's it's solves some issues. Now I need to get it to stop throwing water into the boat from the drain area.
God damn I miss the beaches of home! Born and bred in Esperance, currently living in Qld and missing those beaches sooo much. There's so many beautiful beaches, Lucky Bay is overrated, but it's all good, the tourists can stay there! haha.. Enjoy!
People always rave about Lucky Bay but you're onto it I reckon. We go another 90 kms east to Thomas River every time. Don't tell anyone about it please. It's a local secret.
Nice video guys. I've got the 3.3 Discovery - great boats. I'm guessing you were in South Australia here but can you tell us where this spot was - it looks like a great little location 👍👍
i have the yamaha 15 two stroke. boat is the 4 M Discovery. Ive fitted wings to the motor. these are very important as they seem to remove the weight from the transom when underway otherwise you feel alot more wave motion. motor need to be trimmed all the way in if your traveling light.
Just to let you know, you were using the bridle wrong. It’s meant to hook onto the two D-rings on the actual pontoons not the ones of the floor. Great purchase though!
Getting the correct cupped prop and mounting engine at optimum height on transom, has been key for me with my disco 330. Not the permatrim imho, which detracts mor ethan it adds
How come when recording it in the water it appearing so big like as big as a shark but then when it’s on the boat it seems half the size? Does the water act as a magnifying glass?
The whole video is nothing you put the cooking in the beginning y'all need to learn how to make an exciting video it's okay but not too exciting just being honest
That doesn’t look like salvaging look more like strip what one can get for free. Scavenging I would say. The plastic boat what will happen to it? Oh wait the insurance company will pay for its removal and Zoe even a cabinet Dort to help pay for the loss.
