Your video is informative, but can you talk about in a different video the petition to file for a one time expungement for an eviction. If the circumstances that caused the eviction, the judge will drop it is what I’ve been told. And she had a wreck and she was injured and became homeless so there’s circumstances that she cannot control. And she’s living with me and she is lazy and I got to get her out of my home so I’m trying to figure out how to do all this paperwork. Please help me.
She went to a restraunt where she was trespassed she tried to file a restraining order on me then lost because she threatend to kill me if I called the police I just wanted my stuff back. I gave my heart to her but she was beyond mean. Do not let this lady fool You she went to jail while we were together.
@@middleburg11 im in the process of getting it done now i was under the impression my charges were automatically expunged due to the not guilty verdicts but yhey were in fact not so i got all the info from cjis and took it to the clerks office for a full expungment thats being done now so i guess i wait for them to go through and either email them to the state police or present them at my hearing

What happens if the Prosecuting Attorney gave evidence to the defense but redacted several bits of evidence showing that the alleged domestic assault victim has conflicting statements about the alleged assault and conflicting reports from medical staff about the seriousness of an injury? Evidence that also shows alleged victim stated that they felt safe at home, stated that they never have been abused before. Can that be addressed at the pretrial conference? Likewise, can the defense attorney show evidence at the pretrial conference showing that the alleged victim has been caught in many lies? E.g., committing perjury by falsifying information on a signed motion in the civil court?

When I was 7 years old I got caught shoplifting at a local neighborhood store. Security owner Lady called my Father to come and get me. On the way home I was very relieved. I was happy and smiling. Thinking I got away with it. I thought I was smarter than everyone else. When I got Home my Father gave me the SPANKING of my life. I never stole anything ever again. Smiles.

When you read the Constitution, probable cause is something that law enforcement takes to a judge with an affidavit and a detailed explanation of where and when the search will take place in order to finally get a search warrant. I wish we took the Fourth amendment as seriously as we took the second. I hate how we have devolved today to wear cops can rely on me or hunches to thoroughly take your rights away. I remember when probable cause became a shorthand thing in the '70s. I believe I was watching a starsky and hutch episode when they were at someone's door, and wanted to search, and various cynically said that well I think I hear a woman screaming when they didn't. And then they said probable cause and they kicked in the door. I know that if I took this argument to court, I would lose. I understand that we no longer respect the Fourth amendment at all in America anymore. But what I'm saying is that we have fallen so far now.
Whew this my first one for a small wine bottle. When they stopped me I’m like this can’t be serious. But they sure did take me to jail. The said I “refused” the breath test. Excuse my language I didn’t “refuse” sht I DECLINED because what ? Make it make sense I’m not drunk I specifically said that 10x’s over. Then when I got to jail they gave me forcible blood but it weren’t even a medical profession the officers did it after holding me down. Is that even legal? Unless the feds initiate a case against you, or are actively investigating you, your case begins with a state prosecution. The Feds don’t magically become aware of one’s arrest , they are ‘invited’ into your case. For example ( this is a typical) the local police find a gun you shouldn’t have during a traffic stop and you are arrested. The arresting officers submit a police report to the county prosecutor describing how they came to arrest you and why. Upon reading that police report the prosecutor becomes aware the officers discovered the gun thru a search that lacked probable cause/warrant , that prosecutor will see it’s now a weak case likely to suppressed at some point so they will call (invite) the ATF aka the Feds and offer the case to them. This is because it is well known that Federal law is essentially a joke so a case that would have been surpressed in state court will likely stand firm in Federal court. This is how many cases go federal especially low level drug or gun cases

This is my second dui. The first one i blew over double the limit after a swerved over the median and catching the police attention. The second time i accidentally fell asleep on a graval driveway. I thought it was a road. The police showed up and pulled me out of the car. I refused to blow both times so now i have a 2nd degree gross misdemeanor. I felt suicidal for my first few days coming out of jail because i dont have any money. My mom gave me $3,000 and i instantly felt better. I was able to reinstate my license, get intoxalock installed in my car, change car insurance, sign up for random drug testing close to my house, i sold my handgun, and am currently trying to meet with the county attorney/ public defender. The depression stage ends when you start to accomplish some of the things you thought you had to wait for but in reality you can start doing most of it right away

Against my will they gave me a shot and run tests, etc. After I was evaluated by some doctors who would not conformed to it, I was release - and those doctors told me to report these crimes and take action. What's your opinion, can you represent me ? A certain lawyer was forcing me to sign a HIPAA Form yet he refused to send it to my email. He wanted for me to come in person to his office.

Take the test. You'll probably flunk it, but it will show you're cooperative. It will also show the DA your precise level. Without the test, the prosecutor will assume the worst. Refusing also costs an additional $1000 id DMV fees.
What happens if a big chain store catches you swapping bar codes on one big item out of 20 items( $100 price tag on $250 item) , then makes you pay the correct amount, then let you leave the store after paying without taking your info or license or ID information? paid with a credit card, it’s been two days and haven’t seen or heard anything from police so did they give me a break this time ?
So how can you defend yourself against these allegations, I am going through this same scenario my two granddaughter's who wanted out of my house and wanted to live with my deceased son's exgirlfriend because she is more fun. I haven't given up on my granddaughter's 12 and 16 years old. But it breaks my heart because they don't understand what they have done making false allegations of physical abuse.
