How can I sell flexible rubber couplings linking sewer pipes that I manufacture in the USA direct to Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority? Is there an approval process? Is there a bid for flexible rubber couplings linking sewer and storm water pipes? Can I go out in the field with pipe layer and foreman crew?

Where are the overflow locations so we can avoid those areas in recreation? The warning signs you plan are nice, but would be good to have a map to see where they are.
