Almost all izna members can rap and definitely koko is an amazing rapper so i would say izna first in rap since fifty fifty only has 2 rappers but thats just my opinion ❤😄
I think the "tierlist" is actually relatively accurate. I do think Harvey and coco are actually quite underdeveloped in singing if you've paid attention to their vocals. if they do sing it'll always be very simple lines except Cocona's run in Something aint right, which she doesnt really do live. I wouldnt really consider using the term weak, because i'd consider underdevelop as weak singers. So i'd think jurin is an average singer. I do think Hinata voice tends to lean on the airy side of things and does lack a little bit of substance. Maya is great but i think we need to see more of her singing to really tell. Juria is also relatively good for kpop standards, and Chisa clearly does better than alot of kpop singers already. She does actually hit pretty well supported mixes on tour with if i were a boy, although they tend to get shrilly. if we look at it overall, the vocal line doesnt have any "Powerhouses" or people with more "Grounded/full" voices and they tend to lean lighter. It could be a choice thing that simon wanted, or it also could just be how their voices are and they have to work with generally lighter soprano voices. that being said, i think the good thing about XG is they're still relatively young, and have alot of potential. In addition, most of them actually have very unique tones that could further develop and become amazing. As of now i think most of their songs dont demand super crazy vocals to begin with, so we cant really judge that much, unless they just cant hit the notes to begin with. When i did watch them live in 2 different countries, i think they did pretty well vocally but, it is true that they do get shrilly high up when mixing in the 5th octave.
Mina is my utt I agree so much with the part it says she sounds limited... She has amazing potential and has great vocal moments, but her lack of confidence makes her seem like she can't get better than that. I would love if she tried to release her solo album like tzuyu one day! It would be a great begining 😅
I mean Yves slays so hard that is easy to see why you like her voice the most. To me, Chuu, Kim Lip and Heejin were the top 3 vocalists followed very close by Haseul, Yves and Jinsoul, so at least the top 6 is very clear cause we totally agree. I am still not able to choose just one to be my favorite though.
