Seen so many behind the scenes where for cn team there is blame game when they lose. See lahm. Also noticed that ti winners the igl does not vacate his seat for the coach to do the draft, unlike the cn teams where that seems common practise. The coach should have input but not like that imo, it takes away the igl and players ownership of what heroes they play.
Chinese dota scene die after ti8. Psg lgd was the Chinese dream team. So skilled. A very very close final and both teams evenly matched. OG just came out on top in the end. But that LGD team was goated. They definitely deserved it more than OG imo.
china players killed the joy of solo ranks for me in SEA. They don't communicate, their skill level is well below their badges coming to SEA and they play alone on the map ignoring pings. its like having bots on ur team. All this coming from 6k player here so I'm not fully ignorant when it comes to dota.
I agree, I used to enjoy divine-immo bracket back then even with half of the crybaby teammates. Now, if I have chinese on my team is like gambling in casino whether they play horrendously bad or an omega smurf.
I personally don't think any reason, apart from one has to lose in a GF. I mean PSG.LGD lose two GF since Wings won it last in 2016 to teams that would become two times TI champions, but it could have well been 2 titles for LGD given how close those series was. I remember what certain soccer coach said about it, cause people would think it's failure, but obviously being in the final is an achievement in and of itself. Ofc the stigma is around because people like to talk about titles only, legends this and that, but in reality that is how competition is.
No over-hyped prodigy. only hard work, determination, synergy, and friendship. so many times major loss to GG, yo volvo, you better make proper truesight
They make enough from sponsorships and brand deals like alienware. Liquid pays the players and the coach. Prize pool doesn't matter anymore. Watch Quinn's opinion on the TI prize pool being low.
I describe him to my friends as the 'mad scientist' of Dota who is continuously breaking the barriers in terms of builds and how dota can be played. A really gifted player that many of us look up to, to learn new builds and strategies and find new ways to enjoy the game. He came very close to another potential TI win this year and let us hope they have more time playing together as a team and come back next TI as a stable and stronger team. Lots of potential with Tundra. Lots of promise from Topson too. Always love Topson. He is one of the most enjoyable players to watch in Dota.

Sad to hear about this reality. This shows that it is a game that you should enjoy with friends, and not a job where you just clock out. High respect for the uncrowned kings. 👑
Dota has 2 majors region (EUW and EUE) then the rest are wildcards. Just force the wildcards into one huge TI qualifiers where the top 4 get to TI to face europeans
