Hi, I am new in FC 25 could you please tell me if it's better to use players with play role + and play roles ++ to get the best out of the formation including using players out of position example: Llorente as CDM he gets (!) In his roles but his positioning suits me. Another example is Di Maria his doesn't have LM/LW alt position but I am playing him there because his strong foot is his left and his trivela shots from the left are better than his correct positions at RM/RW

This has always been my go-to formation when facing a 442 flat opposition. That extra CDM overloads the mid and destroys 442 since fifa21. Everyone seemed to be using 4231 and 4321

This is definitely the one I found working after trying so many different formations.. I struggle with defending and in fc25 it’s so easy to be caught out of position but the 5 at the back helps.. although I do feel ratty but until EA fix the game I’m sticking with it
