And I bet the apartments will be extremely expensive. Nobody is going to want live there. Don’t get me wrong. I love Eatontown and I grew up there. I think it’s an awesome place, but nobody’s going to want to buy these ridiculous probably very expensive apartments in that annoying area right there by the mall. 🤦 You have Route 35 and Route 36 intersecting right there, it’s one of the most annoying places in the entire state. Nobody wants to live there, you gotta be kidding me. I guess we’ll see in the next few years, but I think it’s stupid. I think they are making a big mistake.

We also have 3 medical or adjacent medical businesses here; a doctor has a practice here, we have a cosmetic tattooer, and now a Chiropractor. We hope every new owner seriously considers opening a business here.

It would be awesome to bring one back. But they need to seriously find managers that are involved not just sitting in their office doing nothing. Plus assistant managers that aren’t afraid to pitch in and help when needed. I had electronics and toys. No way could I do both. Especially when management and security didn’t want us to leave electronics. I’ve been in every position except the cash cage. And no grocery stores.
Awesome video! Unfortunately Kmart no longer has exclusive brands. And just bc the brand is American does not mean it’s made in America. I would also add that Given the Hamptons is a large vacation spot, makes sense why’d they have so many drinks, coolers, bedding, etc. And considering the area, a cheap Walmart price point isn’t a deal breaker for their shoppers. Theres a reason Walmart hasn’t been approved to open in that area.
I love point pleasant but Seaside has my heart. We go every year! They have so much for little kids to do and we love it. Point pleasant my son gets bored of and he is 4 lol
Buy olive oil. Pasta. Some tomatoes and beef...Would cost less than 3 bucks a day or you can do chicken and broccoli instead of beef and tomato. Its healthy and nutrition packed

I been living in howell for 17 years now and our neighborhood is being taken over by Hasidic I live on a beautiful block in howell with around 40 houses so far 4 of them sold to them with one as a rental they rent to lowlifes trying to scare us out It all boils down to is vote because if you let them get on the board that’s when your definitely in trouble look at Jackson, brick, Tomsriver, Lakewood is the worst it looks like shit i don’t understand how they can live like that
The McChicken is nasty, so I’d never order that meal anyways Looking at Queens, NY you can grab 20 piece nuggets for $7, add $1 for a drink plus free Medium Fries because the Mets won. So 20 Nuggets, Medium Fries and a large Drink for around $8. Sounds like an easy meal for 2.
