Not the easy way out at all. I feel like it's even harder for me to loose weight now after surgery and I'm only 2 months out. I'm doing Keto, working out and drinking my water but the scale is barley moving.
Focus on healing the gut with the diet and nutrition. Look for Paleo mom website. Do the AIP diet. Get dandelion to increase the bile flow. Cruciferous vegetables will help a lot. I got good results with Sauerkraut. For the alopecia your going to have to do an elimination diet to determine all the other foods in addition to Gluten , dairy and sugar that are causing problems. It can be anything and everything your eating. It is also best to eliminate nightshades and peanuts and also soy , corn and legumes as well. All that sugar feeds the bad bugs in your gut, and when they die they release toxins that stress out the liver and cause fat deposits on the organs inside your body.... so you want to focus also on healing your liver. One glass of pop or orange juice is as bad as a beer on your liver. That is the reason for the dandelion. The healing protocol with the diet and nutrition takes one month per year to reverse... so if you have it for 5 years then 5 months.. if you have it for 10 years then 10 months... that is provided you have identified all the food triggers that are causing the inflammation. If you eat any of the food triggers, it will cause a cascading immune reaction that can continue for 3 to 6 months after you have eaten that food so the diet must be strict. Once your gut is healed many foods can be reintroduced..but never gluten dairy or sugar.
The back problem is a copper deficiency, The Fibromyalgia is a selenium deficiency. You need to change your diet. You have to go gluten and dairy free for life and also stop eating sugar and juices. Watch all these videos and learn so you can heal yourself because no medical doctor will learn any of this for 20 years. 1- Understanding the 10 bad foods with Dr Peter Glidden 2- The thyroid secret - episodes 5 and 8 3- Sugar: The Bitter truth 4- Free cure for grey hair and sagging breasts. (talks about the back problems) The nutrition you need is " Healthy body brain and heart pack 2.0 " from youngevity www.omegafiles.youngevity.com .. minimum one per month. This will give you all the raw materials your body needs to rebuild itself. All your problems will be gone in 3 months. The alopecia is triggered from gluten, dairy and sugar... and it can also be foods like peas and mushrooms.... the problem has something to do with the types of sugars in these foods that are causing inflammation because your bodies breaking down of the types of sugars in these foods which form an JNK enzyme.... which is causing the inflammation...long explanation.. nobody in the world knows what I am telling you. the sugar video talks about the JNK enzyme but they don't tell you the problems you get from it. No doctor knows what I just told you. It's a sugar problem. Lactose is a sugar.. there are many types of sugars .. stay away from all of them including the artificial ones. Good luck.
Thank you for being so open and sharing! You make me want to make my doctor actually help me figure out my pains that just keep getting worse with each year.
I love that you are so open with what your body goes through and the steps that you are taking to improve. Also love the realness that your videos provide. It's like sitting and having a conversation with you. I applaud you and your journey!
Constant pain is no joke... so sorry you're fibro is flaring. Be gentle with yourself... do what ya need but don't push it to the point where it's gonna really kick your butt. Hope you're feeling better SOON.
So nice that your labs came back good! I'm sorry about the fibro; I have it too and it's not fun. I find swimming (and then going in the hot tub) really helps.
Hi Erin, OMG, this looks fantastic! I love cauliflower rice, and never would have thought to do Chinese food with it! Yum! I also didn't know I could get the cauliflower already riced at Walmart; how convenient. I always just grate it myself and make a huge mess, lol. Thanks for sharing!
Hi, your videos seem so cute, but I'm having a hard time hearing you speak above the background music. Your daughter is adorable; you two look so much alike!
I keep trying to watch your videos but I just can't hear you, except in your recipe video (yum!). It might just be me; I'm almost deaf in one ear. It's too bad RU-vid doesn't use two audio tracks so the people who have difficulties could turn off the music and the people who don't could leave it on. :-)
Hey there, Erin... was nice bumping into you in the live chat earlier this evening. Awesome video - thank you for sharing this awesome recipe. I love that we can now get cauliflower pre-riced ! I hope you're feeling better soon ! :)
