Skeptical, to be polite. Al Sisi and similar regimes are installed by major powers like UK/U.S., and then NGOs like CIHRS create an ineffective outlet for protest which helps prevent real change. Fortunately for Egyptians, it is currently in the strategic interests of the UK/U.S. to create a unified Muslim bloc, so Sisi is on his way out, no thanks to empty hyper peaceful rhetoric by NGOs.
Google says "No results found for "sinai media committee's case"" "No results found for "Sinai media committee"." On all of Google there are only three results for "Ahmed Al-Tanoubi" and two of them are CFJ. Google owns RU-vid, but maybe Al Sisi own Google.
CFJ is similar to Btselem in that they are potentially very effective orgs that get very little exposure. You should form an umbrella group of orgs that are similar, e.g. dissident Egyptians focusing on Egypt, dissident Israelis on Israel, etc and that umbrella group might be able to get leverage or synergy.
Using squigglies as the title for an English language video you lose many viewers. I was curious why RU-vid was recommending a video in another language and clicked so I found out it is in English, but many viewers will ignore because the title suggests it cannot be understood by English speakers. Good luck to the girl and her father. Egypt is looking like it might start moving quickly soon, so it is good to publicize people like this.
